We ship every order from our facility in Weston, Wisconsin, and currently deliver to addresses within the United States. We do not process international shipments at this time.
Processing
Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. After you place an order, our team picks, packs, and prepares it within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once the label is generated.
Carriers
We partner with major domestic carriers — such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS — to get your package to you safely. The specific carrier for your order is chosen based on your location and the size of the shipment. You can see which carrier is handling your delivery in the tracking email.
Delivery time
Once your package is in the carrier’s network, standard transit time across the United States is 3–5 business days. Delays caused by weather, peak holiday volumes, or other events outside our control may occasionally add extra transit days, but we will keep you informed if something significant comes up.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden handling fees.
Questions about your shipment
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, reach out to us immediately at info@bllackdiaamoond.it.com. We recommend double-checking with neighbors and around your property first, as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.
